4. Client Responsibilities

• The Client is responsible for securing any necessary permits, licenses, or approvals (unless otherwise agreed).

• The Client must ensure timely communication to avoid delays in planning.

5. Company Responsibilities

• The Company will provide services with professionalism and reasonable care.

• The Company is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party vendors, venue restrictions, or client-provided services.

6. Third-Party Vendors

• The Company may recommend or subcontract third-party vendors.

• The Company is not liable for any issues arising from third-party vendor performance, though we will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes.

7. Liability

• The Company will not be held liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from claims arising from the event, except where caused by Company negligence.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or accidents.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, materials, and content created by the Company remain the property of Singletree Events, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
